The Brief
JSI Ltd installed fully insulated, plasterboarded metal-framed stud walls, new suspended grid-and-tile ceilings with decorative acoustic panelling and completed plastering works throughout. The result is a functional and high-quality interior that supports the building’s multi-purpose use.
Key Challenges
The refurbishment took place on the fifth floor, which made the in-load of materials complex and required precise timing to minimise the use of a crane. This demanded careful coordination with the main contractor to ensure materials were delivered and installed efficiently without disrupting the project schedule.
Outcome
JSI Ltd delivered the works on time, contributing to a fabulous refurbishment that accommodates academic, leisure, and business activities. Both the main contractor and the client are extremely pleased with the quality of the finished spaces.
