The Brief
To complement the centre’s contemporary design, JSI Ltd is installing a combination of jumbo and standard tape-and-joint walls, along with suspended tile-and-grid ceilings. The finished areas will provide a modern, spacious, and welcoming feel, enhancing the shopping experience for customers in this busy garden centre.
Key Challenges
Much of the work is being carried out at height — at times up to 5 metres — requiring careful planning and the use of specialist access equipment to always ensure safety. The programme operates on tight timelines to minimise disruption to ongoing business operations, so our team is working efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Close coordination with other trades is essential to keep the project on track and ensure a seamless finish throughout.
Outcome
Construction is actively progressing, and it is exciting to see the new spaces taking shape in line with the client’s vision.
