The Brief

JSI are proud to be supporting the redevelopment of a major UK casino. Our team is delivering a full internal fit-out, including Uni-strut sub-grids, bespoke metal grid ceiling systems, and high-quality drylining and plastering throughout the building. We are also constructing robust stud partition walls to create new spaces and enhance the overall layout. With skilled craftsmanship and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and precision, we ensure every element of the project meets the highest standards

Key Challenges

This project is being delivered to a strict, multi-stage schedule while the casino remains fully operational. Our team works carefully around guests and coordinates closely with other contractors to keep the venue running smoothly. The completion date is fixed, meaning every stage deadline must be met without exception. Despite the pressure, we are maintaining the highest standards throughout, ensuring our work plays a key role in the successful upgrade of the venue

The desired outcome for this project is to deliver a high-quality, fully upgraded casino that improves both functionality and guest experience.
