The Brief
JSI is delighted to be contributing to the redevelopment of an internationally renowned jazz club group. The project includes a complete internal fit-out, featuring Uni-strut sub-grids, bespoke metal ceiling systems, and premium drylining and plastering throughout. We are also constructing robust stud partitioning to define new areas and optimise the internal layout. Our commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and quality ensures exceptional delivery at every stage.
Key Challenges
This project is being executed within a tightly controlled, phased programme, requiring our team to coordinate closely with other trades to maintain progress and ensure seamless delivery. With a fixed completion date in place, every milestone must be achieved on schedule. Despite these demands, we continue to uphold the highest standards, ensuring our contribution supports the successful transformation of the venue in line with the client’s expectations.
Outcome
The aim of this project is to provide a high-specification, fully upgraded jazz club that elevates both usability and customer experience. Through careful programme management, effective coordination with other contractors, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship, we will deliver a space that reflects the client’s aspirations and supports long-term operations. The completed layout, ceiling systems, and finishes will form a cohesive part of the overall redevelopment, resulting in a contemporary and impressive venue suited to everyday use and major events.
