The Brief
JSI were proud to support the redevelopment of a major UK casino in the South East, delivering a high-quality internal fit-out designed to enhance both functionality and visual impact.
Our scope of works included the installation of Unistrut sub-grids, bespoke metal grid ceiling systems, and high-specification drylining and plastering throughout. We also constructed durable stud partition walls, helping to create impressive new spaces and improve the overall layout of the complex.

Key Challenges
This project was delivered to a strict, multi-stage programme while the casino remained fully operational throughout. Our team worked carefully around guests and coordinated closely with other contractors to ensure the venue continued to run smoothly at all times.
With a fixed completion date in place, every stage was delivered on schedule, meeting all key milestones without exception. Despite the challenging environment and programme pressures, we maintained the highest standards throughout, ensuring our work played a key role in the successful upgrade of the venue
